Birlasoft is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to lead the design, development, and customization of their ServiceNow platform to streamline business workflows and IT operations. The role requires strong customer communication skills and experience in ITSM, HRSD, and Portal development. This is a hybrid position based in India (Noida/Pune/Bengaluru/Mumbai/Chennai).
Requirements
- Expertise in understanding customer business needs and translating them into technical development for ServiceNow.
- Specialization in designing solutions on the ServiceNow platform based on customer needs.
- Experience in creating user stories and breaking down deliverables.
- Experience in ITSM, HRSD, and Portal development and design.
- Experience in tracking work items and reporting progress.
- Strong development experience in ServiceNow REST/SOAP services, Java scripting, and configuration of IT Service Management (ITBM) systems.
- Experience in setting up ServiceNow ITM projects, CMDB, and performance analytics.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge of ServiceNow upgrade and collaboration with ServiceNow support.
Requirements Summary
Bachelor's in CS/IT. 6-8 yrs exp. ServiceNow development expertise. Strong English communication skills
