Requirements
- 8+ years of experience
- Expertise in understanding customer business needs and translating them into ServiceNow solutions.
- Experience in creating user stories and work breakdown structures.
- Strong ServiceNow skills (REST/SOAP, Java scripting, etc.)
- Experience in project management and team leadership
- Good communication skills
- Knowledge of ServiceNow upgrades and integrations
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
