Requirements

• 10+ years in IT leadership
• 5+ years in director-level roles
• Proven experience scaling IT operations in high-growth companies

• Track record managing $10M+ IT budgets
• Strong background in AI/ML companies
• Expert knowledge of ITSM platforms
• Experience with endpoint management tools
• Experience with software asset management
• Understanding of AI/ML tools

• Familiarity with procurement and vendor management
• Demonstrated ability to reduce IT costs
