Requirements
- 6 to 8 years' experience in ServiceNow L2 and L3 support or in ServiceNow development
- Strong vendor and relationship management skills
- Minimum 4+ years of JavaScript experience including usage of jQuery, Bootstrap and AngularJS frameworks
- Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience on the below ServiceNow modules (Recommended): ITSM, CMDB, Service Portal, CSM, Custom Applications, ServiceNow Family Upgrades, ITIL Foundation
