This role involves designing and validating user experiences, leading design workshops, and collaborating with customers and internal teams to deliver measurable results. It's a functional and technical expert role requiring a passion for human needs and business impact, ideally with a background in JavaScript or another web development skillset.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of configuration or development experience on ServiceNow
  • Experience with ServiceNow Platform GenAI capabilities leveraging Now Assist
  • Current ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA) Certification
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and consult in complex customer environments
  • Experience with common JavaScript frameworks (AngularJS, React, etc.)
  • Strong interpersonal skills, customer-centric attitude
  • Team player and team builder
