The role involves providing guidance to customers on how to leverage the ServiceNow platform, driving adoption and customer satisfaction, and leading customer design work. It requires a skilled individual comfortable in a fast-paced, fluid environment and passionate about the intersection of human needs and business impact.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of configuration or development experience on the ServiceNow platform
  • Current ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA) Certification
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and consult in complex customer environments
  • Experience developing with JavaScript frameworks (AngularJS, React)
  • Expert-level experience with Web Technologies (HTML, Web Services, Bootstrap 3, CSS)
  • Strong interpersonal skills, customer-centric attitude, ability to deal with cultural diversity
  • Bachelor's degree or certifications (Human-Computer Interaction or a related field).
