Requirements
- Develop the enterprise vendor strategy and operating model.
- Lead strategic sourcing and negotiations with a strong track record in complex agreements.
- Establish vendor governance framework with adherence to SOX controls and regulatory requirements.
- Define and manage vendor SLAs/KPIs.
- Support SRM/CLM/TPRM tools strategy and integrations.
