Spektrum is seeking a Video Conferencing Technician to provide technical support to NATO's Communications and Information Agency (NCIA). The role involves resolving technical issues, implementing security measures, and maintaining backend and frontend systems. The position is part of a ServiceNow team supporting NATO's internal digital workspace.
Requirements
- Problem solving
- Strong knowledge of HP/Poly and PEXIP Videoconferencing Technologies
- Knowledge of VTC room systems and VMWare vSphere/vCenter
- Good knowledge in AD and PKI integration with Cisco products
- Basic knowledge in Java Script, Python or similar scripting languages
- Knowledge in troubleshooting basic network issues
