Requirements
- 8-10 years of professional experience in Workday implementation
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrable experience leading and delivering significant Workday enhancement projects
- Strong understanding of Financial, HR processes and the employee lifecycle
- Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
- Strong track record in release management, post-go-live stabilisation, and roadmap delivery
- Deep, demonstrable expertise across the Workday platform
- Proven track record of reviewing and optimizing complex Workday configurations
- Expertise in leading a Project delivery life cycle with key individuals within a modern framework
- Experience managing and optimising third-party integrations
- Certifications that demonstrate excellence in management and configuration of Workday
- Experience with other enterprise cloud platforms
