Requirements

• 8-10 years of professional experience in Workday implementation
• Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrable experience leading and delivering significant Workday enhancement projects
• Strong understanding of Financial, HR processes and the employee lifecycle
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
• Strong track record in release management, post-go-live stabilisation, and roadmap delivery
• Deep, demonstrable expertise across the Workday platform
• Proven track record of reviewing and optimizing complex Workday configurations
• Expertise in leading a Project delivery life cycle with key individuals within a modern framework
• Experience managing and optimising third-party integrations
• Certifications that demonstrate excellence in management and configuration of Workday
• Experience with other enterprise cloud platforms
