Workday Associate Consultant

As a Workday Associate Consultant at Strada, you will work with HR teams across various organizations to help them define how technology can solve real problems. You will support recruitment, onboarding, learning, development, succession, and remuneration, and develop solution designs to help customers achieve their goals. You will also obtain product certification and work amongst a multi-faceted global team.

Requirements

• 2+ years' Human Resources experience working in an HR team
• HR Domain knowledge: Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning, Performance, Succession, Career Management, Payroll or Analytics
• HR Systems Implementation, optimisation or administration
• Experience working with an HR Cloud solution: Workday, ServiceNow, Saba, SAP SuccessFactors, SumTotal, Oracle HCM, PageUp, Infor
• Education: A Master's degree (M.Tech/MCA) or Bachelor's degree (B.E/ B.Tech) with a minimum 65% cumulative grade point average (CGPA)
